Hope sets the Pace

Do you hear me? Do you have an expectation in your heart? Can you provide Me an answer? The hope that rises up within you is not to be discarded. It is reassurance that I am working within you. Hope sets the pace and the course for living. Hope teaches us to rise, every time we fall. Hope brands us as we live our lives in daily contrast to others, walking with the Lord’s glory on our shoulders.

What’s that you have, carrying around with you on your shoulders? Is it the weight of the world or the endless pile up of laundry? It doesn’t matter how much or how little, cast your cares unto Me, and I will bring you the Father’s glory.

Dwell in the peace of the Lord and speak innocently, like you belong in Him. Speak to Him like He will provide. I certainly do. From time to time it’s okay to live a little. Don’t keep brushing what you want to see done under the rug. Remove what you think can’t be done and expect, with fervency, what can be done for you. This is not called whining or demanding, it is called asking.

The authority and power that we carry when we ask is the very thing the Father adores! Yes! That is the quality that He sees in you, the authority that He has passed on from His image to yours, like a good Father to Son. “Ah, there it is. I see it in them. They know for certain what they are asking for!” He then reaches to take you in. So child, this is all that you are asking for, to be let in by your Father.

Every request and every barter you have feared to ask is not in expectation of failure, but trusting that the Father is good enough to answer. Oh, is he good enough to answer! There is a day when He will wipe every tear away!  Trust that the Father’s timing is impeccable.

So do not delay! Run to the Father and wait on the Lord. You are healed through the power of the blood and don’t forget that this has already marked you. Your choice to run to the Father is not to be satisfied by Me, but to be ever near Me. The things you are asking for may fade from this earth, but to have His ever-present love wash over the situation is what we are asking for. Let it be done, in the name of Jesus Christ, for I have forever paid your way.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart,

    and do not lean on your own understanding.

In all your ways acknowledge him,

    and he will make straight your paths.

Be not wise in your own eyes;

    fear the Lord, and turn away from evil

It will be healing to your flesh[b]

    and refreshment[c] to your bones.
